These services will be provided by fire safety professionals: engineers with diverse areas of expertise. Our personnel have extensive knowledge and experience not only in the fire safety practice – such as designing and implementing passive and active components (fire signaling systems, audio alerts, fixed firefighting equipment, emergency lighting, smoke ventilation, etc.) – but also in interpreting, and ensuring compliance with, relevant laws.

Consultation of projects with forensic experts

We offer all-inclusive and professional service for consultation of project documentation.

We can consult, and reach an agreement on, building and working designs with all stakeholders, for any discipline. This is preceded by in-depth reviews and discussions of design documents. Our experts have extensive know-how and they will be there for you both at the engineering stage and during the implementation.

Preparation of buildings for acceptance

We provide services consisting of project preparation for acceptance by the National Fire Service.

We do this work comprehensively and systematically throughout the project: from the kick-off until the final acceptance.

We offer:

  • Furnishing buildings with portable extinguishers and fire safety signage.

Training

We offer all-inclusive fire safety courses with short lead times and for affordable prices.

We deliver the courses on site. Considering diversity of facilities and, often, large complexity of fire protection systems, each course is tailored for the Client.

The duration and agenda of the course will in each case respond to your business and other requirements.

Our courses are vivid, based on advanced multimedia, with demonstrations of use of manual firefighting equipment and local fire-plugs.

The subject is taught by engineers: experts in fire safety. Course graduates are rewarded with certificates.

We offer additional discounts for courses held in and around Warsaw. Contact us to learn more.

Evacuation drills

We also run evacuation drills.

This requirement for practical verification of readiness for, and conduct of, evacuation ensues from section 17 of the Regulation by the Ministry of Interior of 07/06/2010 on fire safety of buildings and other structures and areas:

  1. The owner or administrator of a facility intended for more than 50 regular occupants, included in a threat category other than “ZL IV”, should run an evacuation drill for the whole facility at least once every 2 years.
  2. For a facility with a simultaneous change of more than 50 users (such as schools, kindergartens, dormitories, etc.) such a drill should be arranged for at least once every year, always within 3 months from the arrival of new users.
  3. For a facility including a “ZL II” threat category zone or for a prison/arrest building the area covered by the drill has to be agreed on with a county/city commander of the National Fire Service with relevant geographic jurisdiction.
  4. The owner or administrator has to advise the competent NFS commander of the timing of each drill at least one week in advance.

Each drill is followed by a report with conclusions serving as a basis for developing improvement recommendations for the facility owner or administrator.
